At Sentiva Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
π 1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. These claims will be reviewed and, if valid, weβll cover the cost of a replacement.

π¦ 2. Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please report the issue within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the shipment and take appropriate action.
π¬ 3. Return Address & Unclaimed Shipments

All returns are directed to our fulfillment partner (Printful).

Youβll receive an automated email once a return is received.

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

If a custom return address is used (instead of Printfulβs), you will be responsible for handling the returned items.
π 4. Incorrect Address
If the address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

The shipment will be returned to the facility.

Reshipping will require confirmation of a new address and additional shipping costs at your expense.
π 5. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and other sealed items are non-returnable and non-reshippable once opened or used.
π 6. Buyerβs Remorse & Size Exchanges

We do not accept returns for buyerβs remorse, including unwanted gifts or incorrect sizes.

If you want a different size or product, you must place a new order at your own expense.

Note for Brazilian Customers:
Customers in Brazil have the right to return products within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Please contact our support with a photo for evaluation.

As per EU regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
