Sentiva Studio is a custom print-on-demand store powered by third-party fulfillment partners such as Printful. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Products

All products offered through our store are made-to-order and often personalized. Once your order is submitted, it is processed automatically and sent to our fulfillment partner for production.

Important:

Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Please carefully review spelling, colors, sizes, and design options before checkout.

3. Use of Our Services

By using our store, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
You will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You accept that Sentiva Studio and its fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful) are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond their control.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped from their global facilities. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Fulfillment time typically takes 2–7 business days.
Shipping time varies based on location.
Sentiva Studio is not responsible for customs delays, incorrect addresses, or packages lost after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom products:

We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To file a claim, email us at hello@sentivastudio.com with order number and clear photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, text, logos, artwork) on Sentiva Studio belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without written consent.

7. Privacy & Data Use

We collect your personal information (name, email, address, etc.) solely to fulfill your orders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of our fulfillment partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sentiva Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
